What the $29 review includes

A one-time purchase provides an automatically generated PDF report about the résumé you upload. The report highlights possible improvements to clarity, accomplishment evidence, structure, formatting, and readability, and prioritizes suggested next edits. It does not include a rewritten résumé, a human review, career counseling, or ongoing support.

AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Check them against your own experience before using them. A review cannot guarantee interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome.

Your résumé and delivery

Upload only a résumé you are entitled to share. Accepted formats are PDF, DOC, and DOCX, up to 10 MB. You may add a short career-focus note. After payment, we show a private order page and email you a link to it. Anyone with that link may be able to view the order status and download the finished report, so keep it private.

Processing starts automatically after payment. The order page shows its status. If you lose the link, you can request another at Find your order using the purchase email address. Save your report after it is ready: the uploaded résumé and generated report are deleted after the 30-day download period following completion.

Refunds and technical problems

If the report is not delivered, or a technical failure makes it unusable, email support@truenorthresume.com within seven days of payment. Include the purchase email and a description of the problem. We will correct and redeliver the report or refund the $29 charge. Refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Privacy and governing law

See our Privacy Notice for how order and résumé information is handled. These terms are governed by Ohio law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
